Return and Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

At Blue Skies Aesthetics PLLC, we prioritize the satisfaction and wellbeing of our patients. In order to maintain the quality of our services and products, we have established the following refund policy:

Product Purchases:

  - All product purchases are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds on any products sold.

  - Exchanges for products are permissible within a 30-day timeframe and must meet the following conditions:

    - The product must be unopened and unused.

    - If filler was purchased and only a portion of the syringe was used, the patient may not receive a refund for the unused portion. All HA fillers are final sale.

Treatment or Service Purchases:

  - There are no refunds issued for treatments or services rendered.

  - With neurotoxins, there are no complimentary touch-ups nor refunds.

  - For weight loss medication, all sales are final.

  - In the event that a patient purchases a package and decides not to continue or complete the package, they may receive credit on
